Website Care Plans

A care plan bundles hosting, maintenance and a reasonable allowance of small changes into one predictable monthly relationship, instead of ad hoc invoices.

Why we offer this as a plan, not just ad hoc support

Most businesses don't want to think about their website month to month — they want it to work, stay secure, and have small changes handled without a fresh quote every time. A care plan bundles hosting (see Hosting), maintenance (see Maintenance) and a reasonable allowance of small changes into a single predictable monthly cost, with a team who already knows the site rather than starting cold each time something's needed.

What counts as a 'small change'

Typically: text and image updates, small layout tweaks, adding a new team member or testimonial, fixing a broken link, adjusting a form. Larger work — new pages, new functionality, a redesign — falls outside the plan allowance and is scoped and quoted separately, usually at a discounted rate for existing care plan clients.

Frequently asked questions

What's included in a UNIT10 care plan?

Managed hosting, security monitoring and updates, a monthly allowance of small content and design changes, and priority support — structured as one predictable monthly cost rather than separate invoices for each piece.

What happens if I need more than my monthly allowance in a given month?

We'll let you know if a request goes beyond the plan's allowance and quote it separately — there's no surprise billing, just a clear heads-up before any extra cost.

Can I cancel a care plan if I no longer need it?

Yes — we don't lock clients into long, punitive contracts. We'd rather earn the ongoing relationship by being genuinely useful every month than rely on a contract to keep it.
